Come learn with us! This workshop will be from 10:30am-12pm at Wu Dao Kung Fu & Tai Chi in Watertown. The event is $60. You will want to bring a Tai Chi “ball” to work with, any sports ball with a diameter of between 6” or 12” should suffice.
