Children’s Kung Fu

Teens: Ages 13-16

Wu Dao’s Teens’s Kung Fu program focuses on developing students’ physical abilities as well as concentration and discipline. Students work on individual techniques and Kung Fu hand and weapons forms with the goal of increasing the precision and effectiveness of technique execution. Through training, students develop self-control and good work ethic that is beneficial to everyday life. Self-defense technique practice helps them to gain a sense of self-confidence as they progress toward adulthood.

Teens are welcome to join the Saturday Open Training during which martial artists from the Wu-Guan and other systems come to work on individual training and share ideas with one another. Teens also benefit from hand-to-hand and weapons sparring practice.
