Wu Dao Voted BEST Martial Arts School

April 9, 2011

We're Competing badge For a martial arts school that has only been around for 4 years, this is quite significant. In fact, no Kung Fu school has ever been voted #1 in the Boston area in the past. The New England region has been dominated by Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and more recently BJJ and MMA/UFC.

As the martial arts industry is constantly challenged by various trends, we are very proud to be focusing on reviving and popularizing traditional Chinese Kung Fu and Tai Chi. Our win shows that people appreciate what we bring to the market; there is a place for traditional Chinese martial arts.

The schools competing were Wu Dao Kung Fu and Tai Chi, Calvin Chin's Martial Arts Academy, Rhode Island Kung Fu Club and Jade Forest Kung Fu and Tai Chi.

The turnout of volunteers, competitors and spectators made for a very successful event, with a focus on quality martial arts that was enjoyed by all.
