Children’s Lion Drumming Workshop
First Three Saturdays in April from 3:00 to 4:00 PM

Wu Dao is offering a workshop series for children ages 9 to 12 to learn Chinese Lion Dance Drumming. The series will conclude with a performance by the students, accompanied by a Chinese lion. IMPORTANT: Due to space limitations and to ensure that students benefit from learning an entire piece of drumming music, students are asked to commit to attending the full workshop series..

This workshop will help both beginners and experienced martial artists understand the core movements of Shaolin Kung Fu.

What’s New

New Youth Tai Chi Program

Wu Dao is excited to announce the addition of a youth Tai Chi program. Students will have the opportunity to practice an at with over 700 years of tradition. Through the practice of Yang Style Tai Chi, students are challenged to pay close attention to body mechanics and structure. it also teaches valuable life lessons such as redirection and neutralization of force.
